Starter needs no credit card and includes one project and up to 100 indexed pages. The current monthly allowance is 1,000 new conversations across the workspace. This counts conversation sessions, not individual messages. When the allowance is reached, new chat requests are blocked and the owner is directed to billing.
Navigate to the Sources tab in your dashboard. Submit your root URL (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com). The my-web.ai crawler will map, chunk, and embed your entire sitemap.
Once your project has processed data, navigate to the Widget tab. Copy your unique deployment snippet and paste it just before the closing </body> tag of your website.

Answers are generated from indexed website content, with source links for verification. We do not publish a measured answer-accuracy percentage. AI can make mistakes: check important facts against the cited page. If a requested fact is not available, the assistant should say so rather than invent it.
Response time depends on source retrieval, answer length, server load, and whether an exact answer is cached. Fresh questions are not guaranteed to complete in milliseconds. Setup duration also depends on the number and size of pages to index.
