1. Data Isolation & Security

Your data is yours. my-web.ai utilizes dedicated Qdrant vector collections for every single project. We do not pool your indexed website content, documents, or chat logs into a shared repository. We do not use your private organizational data to train any generative AI models. The Large Language Models interacting with your visitors operate strictly in inference mode.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our services:

• Account Data: Email address, name, and billing information (processed securely by Stripe).
• Indexed Content: The text, URLs, and metadata scraped from the websites you connect to your projects.
• Visitor Telemetry: IP addresses, browser user-agents, and location data of the visitors chatting with your AI widgets (used solely for statistical reporting within your dashboard).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain direct control over your project data. Deleting a project from the my-web.ai dashboard will instantaneously and permanently drop the associated Qdrant vector collection and erase all PostgreSQL chat logs. Removing your organization account immediately purges all payment records, user configurations, and historical metrics.
